As a leader I believe that collaboration brings out the best in people and helps organizations achieve healthy excellence. A great leader cares about the people they lead as much as the mission they’re on. I enjoy creating and executing business strategy, and I look to build partnership opportunities between organizations that provide mutual benefit and supercharge success.

I have founded a number of startups (Bumpr, Glow, Congo, Roam), and worked with some of the nations largest churches, nonprofits and brands including Austin Ridge Bible Church, Biltmore Church, Venture Christian Church, Church of the City, Hulu, United Nations, Discovery Channel, Nestle, World Vision, Zondervan, Compassion International, Fox News, IJM, Gainsight and many more.
As a speaker, I have given over 500+ presentations across universities, schools and venues on global humanitarian challenges, philanthropy and social good raising over $200M dollars for incredible causes.
